Community Leadership
Community leadership starts with showing up and being willing to do the work. Over the years, my service has included nonprofit leadership, public service, environmental advocacy, civic engagement, and volunteer financial leadership.
In those roles, I have worked with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. I have seen how much stronger communities become when residents, local organizations, businesses, faith communities, volunteers, and public officials work together toward practical solutions.
I believe leadership is built through trust. That means being accessible, listening with respect, following through, and remembering that public service is about people — not politics or titles.
As a City Commissioner, I will bring that community-centered approach to Ward 1. I will stay connected to residents, pay attention to the everyday issues that affect families and neighborhoods, and work to help Walker remain a safe, responsible, and welcoming city.
